Nancy O’Hara, MD, MPH is a board-certified pediatrician. Prior to her medical career she taught children with autism. Dr. O’Hara graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and earned a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh. She entered general private practice in 1993, and in 1998 began her consultative, integrative practice solely for children with special needs. Since 1999 she has dedicated her practice to the integrative and holistic care of children with neurodevelopment disorders, ADHD, PANDAS/PANS, OCD, Lyme, allergies and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. She is a leader in the training of clinicians, both in the US and abroad. Her practice is located in Wilton, CT.

Ailene Tisser is a pediatric Physical Therapist with more than 25 years of experience treating a variety of diagnoses, both in and out of the water. She is NDT (Neuro-developmental treatment) trained in pediatrics and is trained in play project, DIR/Floortime. Ailene brings all of her Physical Therapy expertise into the water where she helps children of all abilities feel safe, confident and independent. She combines her passion and skill for working with children with special needs with the therapeutic properties of the water to strengthen children's core muscles, improve sensory processing, integrate primitive reflexes and improve independent function. Out of her desire to help children with special needs, combined with her love of the water, Ailene and her partner Cindy Freedman, OT, created Swim Angelfish. Swim Angelfish consists of 3 companies- Angelfish Therapy- Pediatric OT and PT for children with special needs, Swim Whisperers Swim School- Swim lessons for children with sensory and motor disorders, Anxiety and Autism. and Angelfish Training- Educating other professionals with private therapy trainings and courses, free online resources on their youtube channel-Swim Angelfish Videos, as well as an online training program to certify aquatic professionals in the Swim Angelfish Methodology. Swim Angelfish has locations in Westchester county, Fairfield county, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Lindsay Scott, M.S., CCC-SLP holds a Masters degree in Speech and Language pathology from Southern Connecticut State University. Prior to establishing a private practice, Lindsay worked as a school-based speech-language pathologist for children ages 3-12 with a variety of communication-related disorders as well as in Early Intervention. She has over 10 years of experience providing behaviorally based interventions (e.g.: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Pivotal Response Training (PRT) for child with autism and related disorders. Currently, Lindsay provides pediatric speech and language services to children of all ages with a variety of communication challenges.
Dynamic individualized intervention plans centered around your child's learning strengths and communication needs are the cornerstones of Lindsay's therapeutic approach. Skilled diagnostic evaluation and therapy are combined with proven teaching strategies such as task analysis, motivation, child choice, and (natural) reinforcement to increase your child's engagement in activities and maximize learning and generalization.
